GTS will never initiate a request for personal information or request your Account or transaction reference number from you by fax or email.  Please do not send confidential personal information such as social security numbers, government identification numbers, or account numbers to GTS via an unsecured e-mail message.  You may send confidential information to GTS via posted mail, overnight courier, phone or using the “Contact” link available on our website.

If you receive a suspicious email requesting your personal information, please forward the email immediately to info@globaltransactionservices.net.  You may also report fraud to the Internet Fraud Complaint Center at www.ic3.gov. This is a partnership between the FBI, the National White Collar Crime Center, and the Bureau of Justice Assistance.

GTS automatically collects certain technical information when you browse our Site or request pages.  The types of technical information GTS collects includes the type of Internet browser you use, the files you request and the domain name and country from which you request information.
